What does "buffers" and "cache" mean?
Hi ML,
I'm wondering for quite a while what the fields "buffers" and "cache" of the
command free mean. I think that one of these is the value for caching HD-IO,
but which one? And what's the other? Neither man, books nor google gave me an
satisfying answer. Could anyone of you give me an STFW or RTFM hint?
Thanks,
Tobias
