Hi, I have taken some Windows truetype fonts and installed via ttmkfdir and mkfontdir. I don't use any font server and the X server manages all the fonts (also truetype ones - freetype) in the system. 1 - How am I supposed to know whether the fonts I have just installed are really available to be used? 2 - Do I also have to run Defoma to make it work out?
