Pine again?

I know i've seen threads about this on Pine before, even posted on the subject
but I'm stuck again. Pine450 is out and i'd like to use it. I've never figured
out how to compile it from the source on debian and never have found a full
explanation of it. I've been cheating and using the binary but they seem to have
changed the binaries offered with 4.50 9either that or i'm looking in the right
place) and I can't find what I used before. how can i find the right binary or
compilation instructions?
