Or if you don't mind third-level, dyndns.org does it for free (though
if you do use it, I suggest donating).

cn.rbl.cluecentral.net and korea.services.net RBLs will get all the
Chinese and Korean spam.

bl.spamcop.net is a good RBL for that.
