The instructions are posted at the bottom of every list mail.

Note that there *are* problems occasionally unsubscribing.  Your best
bet is to contact the listmaster.  I've included him on this message.
Allow a day or two for a response.

Otherwise, you may wish to copy the list on your unsubscribe requests,
as this may indicate something you're doing wrong.

I'd strongly recommend you not do what some people have done in the past
and flame or spam the list, despite an understandable level of
frustration -- this has lead to serious repercussions in the past,
including loss of accounts, and even job actions in one spectacular
case.
