Re: specify a parent proxy to a certain domain name

First of all, if it's a routing problem that you want to solve, you might want to do something like this: ip route <good_parent_proxy_ip> via <line2_next_hop> dev <line2_interface> If you think your question is more squid specific, you might find more help on squid-users@squid-cache.org

Hope it helps,

Hello list,

I have a proxy server with 2 different ADSL lines of different ISPs on
it. Now I've noticed that there is a routing problem on line 1 to
www.ora.com whinel the routing to which on line 2 is OK. Since the
routing to my parent proxy is in line 1, I have to find a way to make my
squid route via line 2 when the request goes to www.ora.com. How could
I configure squid proxy to do that? I configured 2 parent proxy servers
like this
