I recently tried jigdo under win98, it was easy. I just download, unzipped, ran the .bat and followed the instructions. One main problem i found was, i had to start all over if my connection broke. If you want to download the complete ISO files try ftp://ftp.belnet.be/debian-cd/3.0_r0/
