You can't change the command-line options for already running processes.
But if what you want to do is to change the window title, then: yes.

xttitle perhaps?

$ apt-cache search xterm title

xttitle - Changes X terminal emulator window titles

$ apt-cache show xttitle | tail -4
Description: Changes X terminal emulator window titles
 This is a small program that generates escape sequences to change the title
 of terminal emulator windows under X. It should work with any program that
 emulates an xterm-like terminal.
