M$ pulled the package from their site, but you can still get them from a Source Forge site & it is still "legal". The site is: http://unc.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/.
Alternativley, you can install the msttcorefonts package from either "testing" or "unstable" (both are the same package), which has been modified to point towards the new site. The "stable" package still points to the now-defunct M$ site.
