You should really do a full upgrade through 2.2 to 3.0 - picking out
just glibc and upgrading that is possibly doable, but risky. I doubt
anyone has ever tested woody's glibc packages on slink.

On 64-bit architectures (alpha and ia64), the C library is called
libc6.1, not libc6.
