FIN PSH ACK lost : was libc 2.13 to libc 2.2.5 and socket error

After further investigation, it seems that my GW doesn't send FIN PSH ACK TCP packet before the RST one. So that the browser react with Connection reset bye peer !

What can be the reason ?

	Thanks
