How to enable UTF-8 in Eterm(1)??

Hi!

I would like Eterm(1) to display UTF-8 properly, and despite {in,ex}tensive
rtfming, I am clueless.

A sub-question stemming from my attempts is: "What is the MULTICHAR CONTEXT in
the config file good for??"
