I tried that:
added the line 'carlos	ALL=/sbin/shutdown' to my /etc/sudoers
and modified my ~/.icewm/preferences with
'ShutdownCommand="sudo /sbin/shutdown -h now"
'RebootCommand="sudo /sbin/shutdown -r now"

But it just logout and restart xdm.
Am I missing something?
