To get Junkbuster to work on testing a while ago, I had to add the
user junkbust to the group dip.  I assume this has something to do
with the fact that I have DSL and my network is going out through
"ppp0".  I think this is necessary because earlier versions of
junkbuster ran as root, rather than as user junkbust.

Corrections to my understanding about why this is will be
appreciated.
