Pine has (somewhat broken) support for pgp in the pgp4pine package. I
used this for a while, I can't reccommend it. Just Use Mutt(tm). It
handles PGP magnificently.

Windows was very aptly named. It's trivially easy to completely break
it, just like a real window.
