	May I suggest picking up some cheap $5 CDN NICs from surplus
bins?  A used hub can be gotten for cheap as well, if you look hard
enough.  Old 10 Base-T ethernet is being thrown out all over the place;
we had a box of old ISA 10 Base-T cards kicking around the CS Club at
Waterloo for weeks.
