Audio CDs with XMMS

Hello..

I was wondering if anyone could help me to make XMMS play audio CDs.  I have 
also installed the xmms-cdread plugin but that won't do the trick... On the 
plugin configuration I click on "Add CD to playlist" but it does nothing.  
The link to my cdrom (/dev/cdrom) works fine because it works with XMCD 
perfectly, so I don't know what may be wrong with XMMS.
