FreeSwan multiple public ips

This may not really relate so much to FreeSwan.  My question is how do 
you configure a Debian Server (with FreeSwan, btw) to pick up multiple 
public ips.  Our server will connect using PPPOE.  It will pick up the 
first public IP in our block automatically, but I will need to pick up 
the remaining 4 in order to do port forwarding for particular public ips 
to specific internal ips.
