i *love* mutt. and yet, it's been doing something weird recently. it can happen that on reading a message (either by `enter`ing it out of the index, or by navigating to it from a subsequent or previous message in the pager), mutt will hang. when it does this, a solid cursor blinks unsteadily in the lowest right corner of the ncurses/slang window that mutt is. the only way to get out of this is to press ctrl-C, which then displays the message and asks me whether i want to quit. that's not really what i want. does anyone know this problem? or even have a fix? i can't reproduce it right now, but i think it is a reproducible problem as it seems to happen only with certain messages... but i haven't been able to establish a pattern. thanks, -- martin; (greetings from the heart of the sun.) \____ echo mailto: !#^."<*>"|tr "<*> mailto:" net@madduck "in just seven days, i can make you a man!" -- the rocky horror picture show
