You can't get it. It's generated as part of the kernel
config and compile process. Have a read of
<http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Kernel-HOWTO.html>.
Getting a copy of the kernel source that matches your
current kernel and doing make config;make dep on it
may be enough.
