You won't see it because Debian isn't a company; it's a distributed
organization run by volunteers. You may find Libranet or Corel doing
it, though. Those distributions are Debian-based. From what I've
heard, Libranet is a very good desktop distribution.
As for finding pre-made Debian CDs: Google is your friend!!!!!
