I can recommend Phase 5 from Ulli Meybohm. See www.meybohm.de for downloading Pase 5. It's also freeware (closed source). It seems that it is German only - don't know if this is a problem for you.

For Windows users I've found Arachnophilia 4 to be a great HTML editor, and
it's freeware.  Arach 5 is a pure Java program and should run on other
platforms, but I haven't tested it under Debian. http://www.arachnoid.com/
