Insert these into /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ ../project/experimental main contrib non-free
deb-src http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ ../project/experimental main contrib non-free

(Sorry about the long lines)

apt-get update
apt-get install -t experimental <foo>

Careful - much of this is nicely broken (missing dependencies (etc.)
