how do I slow down noffle?
How do I slow down noffle? It hogs my modem line so I can't read a
web page edgewise until it is through. Then my modem line becomes
mostly unused. I want to spread its, say 11 minutes of fetching evenly
over a say 19 minute call.
Do I use "nice" in its ppp/ip-up file? what nice #? But mainly
doesn't that just affect the CPU [not a problem] and not the bandwidth?
