Hello!
You won't find woody in the archives, as it's not so old ;) Go to
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ instead.
Instead of ftp.de.debian.org, you can also try ftp.<other country
code>.debian.org. But I dunno if all of these servers offer http,
some might also only give you ftp:// access.
