Means you cant take pictures of moving objects.
Spec sheets indicate 1/8 to 1/1218 seconds of shutter speed.

I'm no camera expert, but having tried it, i can tell you this delay
range is too long. Then again, 320 $CA (200 $US ?) is a very good
price. Depends on your needs / budget.
