hi ya

i think you are outside the range of ntpdate to fix


it will only allow a few second difference... and will give
up sync'ing if you're outside the range...

i usually manually reset the time to within a few seconds
and than try to get ntpdate to sync.... then use ntpd

76 is too much differences ??
