It's at http://people.debian.org/~psg/ddg/dwarfs-debian-guide.html

The site is copyrighted 2001, so it's at least somewhat maintained.
I don't think it covers much, if any, of Woody yet, but Dale is still
active and I expect it will be updated again soon.
