jigdo-lite says I have all downloaded !

| Yes, in fact it is. Using jigdo-lite, you just pretend to be
| downloading the image from scratch. This way, you'll get the new
| description of the packages included and it'll ask you if you have
| an older version of the same image, so it can re-use the common
| files.
| Woody images are supposed to be updated daily; so if you have a
| recent version, only a few files will be added/removed.
