No problem. I like googling:

This should be a DOS based setup program to analyze and configure this
card. Understandably i haven't tried this program. I suggest to
configure this card to a new interrupt. 10 or 12 are good values.
Dont't forget to adjust your BIOS setup for this IRQ.
