What error do they get? Is there just no response at all, or do they get
an HTTP error code? If the former, Apache may not be configured to
listen on the masqueraded interface. If the latter, then Apache may (for
example) be configured to use virtual hosts and may not recognize the
particular Host: header they're sending.
