Sure.  Ardon took care this for us :)  Just use "-l" option.

$ debiandoc2latexps -l es source-sgml.es.sgml
$ debiandoclatexps  -l es source-sgml.es.sgml

BTW, unless Ardo is allowed to upload new version for woody,
debiandoc2latex is still old script and slightly buggy.  You can copy
debiandoclatexps to debiandoc2latex and fix bug your self.
