That's the real URL for the live stream.

Download the file to the local disk (or just slap that rtsp: line in a
local file) and you can open it directly in real player.
My preference is to
1) grab rmxmms :
$ mkdir -p ~/.xmms/Plugins
$ cd ~/.xmms/Plugins
$ wget ftp://ftp.xmms.org/xmms/plugins/rmxmms/libreal.so
2) add the stream to my playlist
$ echo $RTSP_URL >> ~/.xmms/xmms.m3u
3) play xmms
$ xmms
