Re: strange PPPd problems (dialing out)
No, just trying to get both modems to work! I figured it out, apparently the USR Spostser 28800 V.34 as well as other USR modem have problems just after a ppp connection is made. Setting register S33 to 32 (S33=32) fixed my problem.
