syslog

hello

every 2 minutes, I get the following message displayed in my terminal,
and also in the syslog:

Apr  2 15:01:51 kurdtje kernel: IN=eth0 OUT=
MAC=01:00:5e:00:00:01:00:e0:0c:c6:13:f4:08:00 SRC=10.95.3.82
DST=224.0.0.1 LEN=28 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=1 ID=30985 PROTO=2

And it keeps repeating.

Is there someone who knows what this is? (it came I think since I
upgraded from 2.2 kernel to 2.4, but I could be wrong)
And please do not only say what it is, but also how to remove the source
of this message.

It's a little annoying while programming in vim, there are these 3 lines
confusing me of what I was typing...

Tnx
Pauwel
