Shutdown - Problems: Cannot umount /

I have installed Woody with Kernel 2.4.17. Whenever I do a shutdown or
reboot, there are the following messages:

Unmounting local filesystems...umount2: Device or ressource busy
umount: devpts: not found
umount: /dev/pts: illegal seek
umount2: Device or ressource busy
umount: /: device busy
done.
mount: / is busy
Power down.

Of course woody does a File-System-Check during the next
booting-procedure.

Any Hints?
Thank you very much!

Peter Wilm.
