ACPI: Two Power buttons?

Hi,
Got a problem. Power button doesn't work. Using ACPI and the same modules
that works on other PC (different MB). I found a difference in syslog:

Mar 19 09:55:56 modesto kernel: Power Resource: found
Mar 19 09:55:56 modesto last message repeated 3 times
Mar 19 09:55:56 modesto kernel: ACPI: System firmware supports S0 S1 S4
S5
Mar 19 09:55:56 modesto kernel: ACPI: Power Button (FF) found
Mar 19 09:55:56 modesto kernel: ACPI: Multiple power buttons detected,
ignoring fixed-feature
This line ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Mar 19 09:55:56 modesto kernel: ACPI: Power Button (CM) found
Mar 19 09:55:56 modesto kernel: ACPI: Sleep Button (CM) found
Mar 19 09:55:56 modesto kernel: Processor[0]: C0 C1, 8 throttling states

How to setup ACPI to shutdown PC on hit on powerbutton on case. Now
nothing happens.

Using Debian Testing on 2.4.17 kernel with preemptive patch.
