I am interesting in learning what programs there are running on Linux to work with digital video recorders to create personal movies burned onto DVDs. (MPEG-2 encoding, DVD burning, etc.) I am trying to determine if Linux, Windows, or the Mac is the better environment for this work. What options, programs, etc. are available on Linux? Is this the right list to ask this question? Regards, Randy
