Problem with DEC21143

Hi,
I have a DEC21143 Network card which uses a tulip driver and am trying to install Woody. It seems that there is a bug in the driver which has also been reported but has anyone solved the problem ?

I installed Redhat on my system and it worked fine, Can I use the tulip.c file from RedHat as a driver for Debian.
If yes , can someone explain me the procedure involved ..
