It's very simple. First you have to tell Linux that this is an executable:
chmod a+x *.bin

Then you can run it by simply typing the filename.

However, the current directory may not be in your search path. In that
case, simplay add an ./ in front of the filename, so:
./so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-da-000.bin

That's all.
