There are times when you have all those .deb's in 
/var/cache/apt/archives and you want to install them quickly. Assuming 
that they are in the right version, all you need to do is:
dpkg -i --force-conflicts --force-depends *deb

I know, it's risky. But since you want to install them quickly in the 
first time...
