$ apt-cache show ccc cxx
W: Unable to locate package ccc
W: Unable to locate package cxx
There is no package called ccc and cxx in Debian, as I see it.

Because there is no such packages.

Can you provide what file name you gave to dpkg -i? Does not make
sense.

Did you use latest rpm related programs?

Did you analyze what is happening and what files are in rpm throgh
midnight commander.
