You will find them in the unstable contrib section. to be specific:
/debian/pool/contrib/c/ccc/ &
/debian/pool/contrib/c/cxx/
You can also read the description of the ccc and cxx packages in the:
/debian/dists/unstable/contrib/binary-alpha/Packages file
