A bug: same file in two different packages. Workaround is 
dpkg -i --force-overwrite kdebase-libs_4%3a2.2.2-13_i386.deb
After that you can run dpkg --configure --pending (or just
re-run apt). Check dpkg manpage first, I might've misspelled
the options.
