Works fine ... just have the last rule be one with no conditional
(which therefore matches anything)

  # Any remaining mail
  :0 
  Mail/inbox/

is my last rule :)

If there's no final catchall and no rules match, "normal" delivery
occurs; /var/spool/mail/$LOGNAME if you've got normal mboxes or
$HOME/Maildir/ if you've got normal maildirs.
