There exists the official KDE 2 debian packages which you can apt-get via
the web.
If you don't have the bandwidth, there are benevolent entities that make
unofficial Debian CD sources that include KDE2. I know this for I just bought
some CD's from a friend of mine who burned some ISO images from fsn.hu.
