If you are using kernel 2.2, you need to get the driver from Donald
Becker's web site: http://www.scyld.com/network/netsemi.html

If you're using kernel 2.4.x, enable "National Semiconductor DP8381x
series PCI Ethernet support" (CONFIG_NATSEMI) in your kernel. Depending
on where you got your kernel, 'modprobe natsemi' may work.
