Yup, pretty simple. I use a mix of xloadimage (for reading and
writing images) a bash shell script for renaming images to meaningful
names, electric eyes for cropping photos ( I would like a better
solution to this, but am yet to find one), and a couple of gpl
licenced perl scripts I downloaded and modified off the net for
generating thumbnails and html one of which uses imagemagick. All on
a pentium 100 with 16 mb of ram.
