AFAIK, pump. Though you can install others via apt as you wish, or from
other sources if you really want.

To search for DCHP related packages:

    $ apt-cache search dhcp
dhcpcd - DHCP client for automatically configuring IPv4 networking
autodns-dhcp - Automatic DNS updates for DHCP
autoinstall - Progeny Debian auto-installation system
    bootp - bootp/DHCP server
dhcp - DHCP server for automatic IP address assignment
    dhcp-client - DHCP Client
dhcp-dns - Dynamic DNS updates for DHCP
    dhcp-relay - DHCP Relay
dhcpdump - Parse DHCP packets from tcpdump
dhcping - DHCP Daemon Ping Program
fai-kernels - special kernels for FAI (Fully Automatic Installation)
lg-issue48 - Issue 48 of the Linux Gazette.
    pump - Simple DHCP/BOOTP client.
rrlogind - Login daemon for the Road Runner Cable Modem Service
udhcpc - very small DHCP client
udhcpd - very small DHCP server
webmin-dhcpd - dhcpd control module for webmin
whereami - Automatically reconfigure your (laptop) system for a new location

Peace.
