Windows NT, Interbase, Delphi. IME it sucks less than Java
+ JDBC + tomcat, if you know how to set up NT so that it
doesn't crash every other day.

If you want open source, Java, postgres, servlet engine.
Whatever you do, don't buy Oracle and don't write this
thing in Perl.
